Makro Service sp.j. is a transport agency which has been active on the transport service market since 1996. During this period, it has constantly expanded the scope of its activity, has developed and enriched its services, and our employees have acquired the necessary experience and skills.
This is an ongoing process, because our company aims at a constant improvement of our skills and possibilities.
During this period, we have become a strong and reliable partner for our customers and subcontractors.
We became a founder member of PIFFA,a member of FIATA and a member of renowned international forwarding networks.
Our IDEA is that our customer should be able to focus on his area of expertise: production, trade or provision of services, e.g. building services.
Our task is to advise, support, organise, secure and replace the customer in everything that is related to logistics, transport, customs clearance or distribution.

Our taskis to organise transport, conclude a contract of carriage, a contract of transshipment, a contract with an airport, a contract with a port, prepare and gather all documents necessary for transport, necessary for release of goods and necessary for acknowledgement of delivery, anticipate difficulties, warn against dangers and unforeseen complications, overcome obstacles and secure the customer’s interests towards all participants of the transport process.
